As an Digital Product Analyst reporting to the Lead Product Manager you will assist in developing and coordinating Taylor Morrisons e-commerce marketing strategy and supporting new and current digital products. What Youll Do

• Work collaboratively between wide range of internal clients, Engineering, Marketing, Design, QA, and other teams on new and existing digital products and features
• Gather and help draft product requirements that improve overall user experience while driving towards e-commerce success
• Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines
• Develop an understanding of the problems that homebuyers face; conduct research to identify user needs and gaps
• Help define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
• Perform quality assurance controls on products
• Coordinate with the engineering department to deliver functional solutions
• Create support and training documents for internal users; communicate new features and updates.
• Help identify opportunities and trends from the digital marketplace, analyzing relevant vendors and keeping an eye toward our competitive landscape
• Perform other duties as assigned

You might be just who were looking for if you have

• At a Minimum, Wed Like You to Have a Bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in product management or product marketing for consumer facing websites
• Experience working with engineering teams using Agile / Scrum software development & other common engineering best practices
• Experience using Sitecore or equivalent CMS system
• Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps or similar tool
• A passion for and understanding of digital products with a general understanding of web analytics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and execute on work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment

FLSA Status: Exempt

• Office or non-manual work, which is directly related to management or general business operations

• Report to Division/Corporate Office/Community daily and adhere to schedule
• Ability to oversee direct reports daily and provide guidance as needed

• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and move around work environment as needed
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
• The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
