As the Senior Product Designer, you will be a key part of an internal creative team to produce first-class digital customer experiences. You will lead key projects and initiatives with tasks including developing visual prototypes, articulating end-to-end experiences, wireframing, and turning those visions into high-fidelity designs. You will advocate for UX best-practices and brand implementation. Be a creative ambassador, join us to help build a culture of creative and innovative thinking.

What Youll Do

• Build sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, and UX specifications that clearly articulates design structure and organization.
• Concept and collaborate with marketing, digital product team, and creative to help define priorities.
• Work closely with digital product team and developers to ensure design accuracy.
• Contribute to style guides and apply those guides across platforms to drive a cohesive brand vision.
• Build new digital capabilities and templates in our existing set of templates and modules.
• Perform other duties as assigned

You might be just who were looking for if you have

• Bachelor's degree in a design related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI, product or interactive design.
• Fluency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and Sketch.
• Solid understanding of web/mobile design, and UX best practices.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, setting priorities, and focus on details.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and storytelling skills.
• Be process and efficiency oriented.
• An online portfolio demonstrating product design strategy, interactive design, visual design, and prototyping.

• Report to Division/Corporate Office/Community daily and adhere to schedule
• Ability to oversee direct reports daily and provide guidance as needed

• Ability to have face to face conversations with customers, co-workers, and higher-level manager
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and move around work environment as needed
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle
• Comply with company policies and procedure

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
• The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
